THIS FORM MUST BE READ AND SIGNED BEFORE THE PARTICIPANT IS ALLOWED TO TAKE PART IN ANY AIRSOFT EVENT SPONSORED OR HOSTED BY “Gunny’s Warfare Center”. This form must be either printed and handed to us or signed at every attendance at Gunny's Warfare Center.
